About this publication
South Tyneside's Productivity Plan outlines what the Council has done in recent years to transform design and delivery of services to make better use of resources.
It also highlights opportunities for and barriers to ongoing improvement.
The plan has been produced in response to a request from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to all UK local authorities to produce such documents.
