There should be no assumption that staff can automatically attend

Quality assurance 

It is vitally important that schools, settings feel confident in the services on offer, therefore there will be:

• a rigorous appointment & selection process
• a commitment to high quality professional development 
• an effective system of record keeping
• regular consultations and dialogue with schools, settings to meet needs and expectations 

Cancellation policy

For those not accessing the Service Level Agreement or using the brokerage service, failure to notify of non-attendance within 48 hours of the course date may result in the full cost of the course being incurred by the school, setting.
