About this publication
This document provides an assessment of the extent and distribution of planning and environmental considerations that could affect the potential suitability of areas in South Tyneside for onshore wind energy development.
The analysis has then been used to understand whether it is appropriate to identify potentially suitable areas for wind turbine development in the Draft Local Plan 2021-2039.
