This document sets out the spatial policies, guidance, land use designations and site allocations against which all planning applications and development proposals will be assessed.
The report relates relates to the full Sustainability Report for the draft Local Plan which was published for public consultation in June 2022.
It was produced as part of the evidence base required for the development of the draft Local Plan which was published in 2022.
