About this publication
This reports screens the draft Whitburn Neighbourhood Plan (Submission version Regulation 15 May 2021) to determine whether the Plan requires a Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA).
A HRA is required when it is deemed that likely adverse significant effects may occur on protected Habitats (Natura 2000) sites, as a result of the introduction of a plan or project.
