The main aim of this report is to provide design guidance in respect of future residential-led development in Whitburn.
This design guidance should be considered as a point of reference for developers intending to deliver residential-led development.
The aim is that this design guidance should support the delivery of high quality development that is appropriate in terms of scale, design and character in such a way as to preserve the existing quality of place in Whitburn.
