Health and safety policy for schools
The education sector is a low risk environment but when schools are involved in educational visits, science experiments and sporting activities the risk increases. This does not mean that children cannot take part in the full range of curriculum activities, as information already available will help us to deliver any curriculum activity safely.
The governing body recognises and accepts its responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working and learning environment for staff, pupils and visitors.
