Overview

For fully catered courses, all meals are provided. This includes: 

  • Breakfasts
  • Packed lunches
  • Evening meals

For the five-day course, this starts with an evening meal on the Monday.

For the weekend course, this starts with a breakfast on the Saturday.


Experienced catering team

Food is prepared on site by our knowledgeable and experienced catering team.

Example menu

Below is a typical menu for our standard Monday to Friday primary school residential week.

Breakfast

Every morning:

  • choice of cereals
  • toast and jam
  • tea
  • fruit juce

On Wednesday and Thursday there is also the choice of either a sausage or bacon roll. 

Lunch

We provide packed lunches for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and for the coach journey home on Friday.

A packed lunch includes:

  • a sandwich with a choice of filling, with or without salad:
    • jam
    • meat
    • tuna
    • cheese
  • crisps
  • sausage roll
  • fruit
  • flapjack
  • chocolate biscuit

Evening meal

We provide evening meals for Monday to Thursday.

Every evening there is also the option of a baked potato with a choice of fillings and a fresh fruit salad.

Monday:

  • Burger in a bun with chips and salad
  • Sponge and custard

Tuesday:

  • Pasta with bolognese or meatballs and either a cheese or tomato sauce with garlic bread and salad
  • Cookie cups with ice cream, chocolate sauce and mini marshmallows

Wednesday:

  • Roast dinner
  • Sticky toffee pudding

Thursday:

  • Chicken korma with rice, potato wedges and naan bread
  • Pancakes with syrup
