How to pay for the service

You will get an invoice at the end of each month.

You can pay this online, over the phone or at the Customer Services reception in South Shields Town Hall or Jarrow Town Hall.

Providing your own cleaning supplies

For general cleaning you will need to provide all basic cleaning products and equipment such as vacuums and standard cleaning products.

This helps us to keep costs as low as possible and allows us to use products that you are happy with (in case of allergies etc.).

We can provide cleaning products on request but there will be an extra charge.

During the clean

You do not have to stay home during the clean, our cleaners are trusted and reliable so you can leave them to clean whilst you are out of the house.

Leave your keys in the Customer Services reception in South Shields Town Hall or Jarrow Town Hall where we will collect them and return them after.

Cleaners' working hours

Our cleaners work from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. If you need a service outside of these times let us know and will do our best to provide this.

Areas we cover

We mainly cover South Tyneside. If you are based outside of South Tyneside, you may still be able to book our services however there may be a surcharge.

Insurance

Our service and cleaners are fully insured.
