Below are some useful links where you can get advice about what to do if you are being bullied, if you know someone who is being bullied, or if you think you might be bullying someone:

  • For advice on all aspects of bullying, including bullying in and out of school, at work, via the internet, over the phone and much more, visit Bullying UK. If you want to talk to someone, you can also call their helpline on 0808 800 2222, email their Support Service, or visit their website and chat online.
  • You can contact Childline about any problem. Email or chat to a Childline counsellor via their website, or call their free helpline at any time on 0800 1111. 
  • For advice about safety online, visit ThinkUKnow
  • The Anti-bullying Alliance is a coalition of organisations and individuals working together to stop bullying and create safe environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn.
