Online planning applications search terms and conditions
Our online planning applications search allows you to:
- Search for planning applications received since 1980 (includes forms, plans and other documents for applications made after September 2005)
- Submit comments about pending planning applications
- View a summary of the decision for determined planning applications and appeals (includes decision notices for applications and appeals made after January 2006)
- View a copy of the officer report (for decisions made after September 2017)
It is not a substitute to carrying out a formal Local land charges search in relation to property transactions, which may reveal historic /additional applications, appeal decisions, enforcement decisions and constraints that are either unavailable or not easily accessible on this site.
Proposals for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and which are subject to the Development Consent Order process are not included in our online search facility. You find out more at .
