Objectives for the riverside
- Improve links with town centre
- Improve and encourage access to the waterfront
- Make sure new housing is of a high quality, attractive to families and meets the needs of existing and future residents
- Capture additional spend into the Town Centre from new developments
- Create high quality employment space to help grow the economy
