Do you want to help shape Adult Social Care in South Tyneside?

Public health news: March 2025

Join the Working Together Group. These are volunteers who co-produce Adult Social Care and Commissioning services and polices in South Tyneside.

The group meet monthly and are a diverse group of people who have used adult social care services and want to help us to improve services for everyone.

Over the last year, the group have:

  • reviewed The Let's Talk team, advised on their information for the website and developed a Frequently Asked Questions document
  • worked together to co-produce the new Carers Assessment
  • reviewed the Accommodation Strategy 

We are always looking for new people to come along and join our meetings. You can also get involved in other ways such as being part of focus groups testing new processes or being part of interview panels.
