Veterans for Veterans in Care is a South Tyneside charity that supports veterans in residential care homes, assisted living, and sheltered accommodation.

Their services are specifically for all armed forces veterans, to help improve their quality of life. They aim to connect veterans, their families and carers into the veteran community. 

To raise funds they have an organised a talk by a retired Tower of London beefeater & WWII home front enthusiast.

It's a chance to hear from an iconic beefeater as they share fascinating stories from history. Step back in time to explore the resilience and spirit of Britain's WWII home front. Support those who served. All proceeds go towards helping veterans for veterans in care.

Join us for a night of history, camaraderie, and giving back to those who gave so much.

The event is at 7:30pm on Thursday 10 April at Alberta Social Club, Jarrow, NE32 5HW. Tickets are £7 each and are available at Ticket Tailor.
