South Tyneside Council (Albemarle Street, South Shields) Order 2024
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to
- revoke no waiting at any time on Albemarle Street:-
- north side from its junction with Fowler Street in a south westwards direction for a distance of 6 metres
- south side from its junction with Fowler Street in a south westwards direction for a distance of 18 metres
- introduce no waiting at any time on Albemarle Street
- north side
- from its junction with Fowler Street in a south westwards direction for a distance of 4 metres
- from a point 19 metres south westwards from its junction with Fowler Street for a distance of 17.5 metres
- south side
- from its junction with Fowler Street in a south westwards direction for a distance of 35 metres
- north side
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the Town Hall at the address below.
