Strategic Land Review Methodology and Results (2018)
About this publication
The Council prepared a Strategic Land Review (SLR) to provide evidence of South Tyneside's capacity to accommodate additional housing and employment development.
The SLR does not allocate sites for development nor does it set planning policy. The evidence in the SLR was used to help inform policies in the emerging Local Plan.
This document was produced in 2018.
