About the Course

All schools face complaints at some stage and they are required by law to have a procedure for dealing with them. A thorough and straightforward complaints procedure should help minimise dealing with complaints in schools by providing a clear process from which they can efficiently be dealt with.

This course aims to provide governors with an overview of the complaints process
