South Tyneside Council (Hardie Drive, West Boldon) Order 2024

South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the order will be to introduce no waiting at any time on Hardie Drive, West Boldon north side from a point 32 metres west of its junction with Coniston Grange eastwards for a distance of 15 metres, south side from a point 32 metres west of its junction with Coniston Grange south eastwards for a distance of 8.6 metres and east side from a point 12 metres west of its junction with Coniston Grange southwards for a distance of 7.6 metres.

Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the Town Hall at the address below.
