Get your walking shoes on and join us for a bimble around East Jarrow.
This is a fantastic little walk that will take us through the park at Jarrow Hall, along the River Don and into Jubilee Wood. We will follow some of the footpaths around the woodland; look out for some celebrity planted trees on your way through! After crossing a small footbridge over the Don, we'll walk along a path on the river's north bank before taking a quiet route back up to the town centre.
- Difficulty: Easy
- Time: 1 hour
- Distance: 2 miles
- Total height climbed along the route: 74 ft

- Steps: There are some short sets of steps within the park at Jarrow Hall and also in the entrance to Jubilee Wood.
- Wheelchair accessible: No
- Toilets: There are toilets at Jarrow Focus Library. However, there are no public toilets along the walk.
