'I' Care - Art Installation and Performances at Jarrow Hall

Come along to Jarrow Hall this Saturday 15 June (10am-4pm) and witness something never before seen - a large display of images depicting carers and a powerful and poignant performance telling their real life experiences.

Marking National Carers Week 2024, Sharon Bailey is presenting an exhibition of photographic placards made with paid and unpaid carers across the region alongside a newly commissioned play, in association with Open Clasp Theatre Company.

Carers across our region will tell their stories in an engaging and authentic way and to celebrate and bring to public attention the amazing, valuable and challenging work they do.

Free event. Performances will take place at 12noon and 2pm.
