This course gives delegates a greater awareness of the risks associated with working at heights involving the use of ladders.

The session will cover:

• Legal responsibilities
• Risks associated with use of ladders
• Selecting task appropriate ladders
• Correct use of ladders

• identify risk associated with the use of ladders
• identify factors which can increase the risks from using ladders
• select task appropriate ladders
• identify safe working practices to follow when using ladders
