Drum Young Ensemble

About 

The Drum Young Ensemble is an exciting project which runs throughout the school term. Children are taught basic percussion skills and introduced to many forms/styles of drumming including Samba, Djembe, as well as some traditional drum kit. Delivered by Derek Bird, supported by Jennifer Normandale, these sessions are hugely popular offering great opportunities to showcase the skills learnt.
