• Evaluating sample school development plans
• Discussion with colleagues - sharing practice
• Time to revisit own school development plan and check progress against key targets

Expected Impact on School/Setting:

• Practitioners have an increased understanding of what makes a sharply focused school development plan and how this can be monitored to check impact

Target Group:

• Senior Leaders (Primary and Secondary); including those new to senior leadership

NB - Senior Leaders are asked to bring along a copy of their school development plan
