About this publication
Lichfields and Lambert Smith Hampton have been appointed by South Tyneside Council to prepare this Employment Land Review (ELR) for the local authority area.
The study is intended to provide the Council with an understanding of:
- The Borough's current position with respect to employment land supply.
- The future need for employment land in South Tyneside over the period 2021 to 2039.
