Humankind's LGBT+ team have a wealth of experience in service development and innovation, frontline delivery and training.

They deliver informative, thought-provoking, and engaging sessions that encourage discussion and reflection.

This bite sized session solely focuses on pronouns and does not provide any wider LGBT+ awareness.  Humankind recommends that you refer to other training sessions if you are looking for more in-depth content about sexual orientation or gender identity.

The session will explore:

• What pronouns are and how they are used
• A range of pronoun options
• The importance of respecting pronouns
• Best practice for if a mistake is made
• Strategies for initiating conversations around pronouns and supporting others
