Content:

Are you moving to a new year group in September?  This session will cover:

• Implications for teaching and learning from 2023 outcomes
• What writing should look like at WTS, EXS and GDS in your year group
• Ideas for teaching elements of the curriculum including spelling, grammar and poetry
• A teaching sequence based on a quality text to use back in class
• A chance to discuss ideas and good practice with colleagues in the same year group across South Tyneside

Expected Impact on School/Setting:

• An in-depth insight into what teaching and learning should look like in your year group
• Practical ideas to support planning and implement back in the classroom
