About this publication
South Tyneside Council has its own Grade II Listed Buildings at Risk Register and has partnered with Historic England and the North of England Civic Trust to deliver a programme to re-survey the borough's 212 Grade II Listed Buildings.
The aims and objectives of the project were to gain a sound understanding of condition and vacancy.
The data was used for the report below and identifies possible solutions to bring at risk and vulnerable properties back into good condition.
