• To raise awareness about the nature of sexual abuse and its impact on children and families

Course learning outcomes

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Define sexual abuse
• Identify the signs and symptoms of sexual abuse
• Recognise the impact of sexual abuse on children and young people
