Overview

Singing for the brain allows you to meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment.

Singing can improve your brain activity, wellbeing and mood.


Support available

Join the group for vocal warm-ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs in a supported environment.

The group is hosted by skilled and experienced group leaders.


Who can access the service

People with Dementia, their carers, family and friends.

Residents of South Tyneside.


How to contact the service

The service is available the first Monday of every month, 2pm to 3pm.
