About this publication
This report is a recreation mitigation strategy, prepared in response to an interim Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) of the emerging growth scenarios and options for the South Tyneside Borough. The HRA has been undertaken in the early stages of the preparation of the new Local Plan for South Tyneside, in recognition of the risks posed to European wildlife sites as a result of new growth in the Borough.
