This staff training register declares that staff have received and understand training on:

  • the minimum ages at which alcohol, cigarettes, fireworks, offensive weapons, knives, solvents, spray paints and videos / DVDs / games can be legally bought
  • what forms of proof of age are acceptable and how to check them 
  • good practice on how to refuse a sale
