The service offers:
- Advice on staying warm, staying well and reducing carbon emissions
- Installation of small energy saving measures e.g. LED Lightbulbs and fleece blankets
- Help finding the cause of heat loss in the home
- Help with damp or mould problems
- Fuel vouchers for pre-payment customers
- Referral to other services such as foodbanks
- Access to other support

How to access the service
Face to face appointments are conducted in your own home. Appointments can also be arranged via telephone or video call if required.
