About this publication
This document is to be read in conjunction with the South Tyneside Open Space Assessment Report (2015).
Together the two documents provide an evidence base to help inform the future provision for open spaces in South Tyneside.
This publication was used in the development of the draft Local Plan which was published in 2022.
We have then updated this evidence base and published a draft Publication Local Plan (Regulation 19) for consultation in 2024.
