About this publication
This paper sets out the technical evidence we have used to assess how much employment floorspace may be required in the borough over the years 2021-2039 and where it should be located.
It was used for the draft Local Plan which was produced in 2022.
Following consultation on the Local Plan, in January 2024 we published a revised draft Local Plan and technical paper.
