About this publication
This document sets out site frameworks to deliver the urban and village growth areas in the draft Local Plan.
The document provides an appraisal of the constraints and opportunities associated with each site.
It also provides an indicative layout for each site as well as a summary of general design principles.
This document was produced as part of the draft Local Plan published in 2022. Following consultation, this Site Frameworks document and the draft Local Plan have been updated and published in January 2024. For more information, see Site Frameworks for Publication Draft Local Plan 2023 to 2040.
