About this publication
The South Tyneside Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) 2021 provides evidence to inform the strategies, policies and decisions of the Council and its partners.
This document was used to develop the draft Local Plan. Consultation on this was carried out in 2022 (Regulation 18), and the plan has since been revised.
