About this publication

The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 require local authorities to assess the impact of their local plan on the internationally important sites for biodiversity in and around their administrative areas.

This document is the assesment for the South Tyneside Council Local Plan.

It was produced as part of the evidence documents of the Regulation 18 consultation of the draft Local Plan which took place in summer 2022.
