Shared Lives carers

In every Shared Lives arrangement, you are supported by a shared lives carer who will share their home with you and include you as part of their family.

All Shared Lives carers have been trained and approved by the Shared Lives scheme. They are supported and monitored by the Council's Shared Lives scheme.

There are different kinds of Shared Lives carers.

Some carers are couples, some are single, some have children and some provide support to more than one person.
