South Tyneside Blind Welfare Association
The Association is a trust fund that awards grants to adults and/or children who are registered as blind or partially sighted with the local authority in South Tyneside.
Grants are awarded to people in need, toward the costs of specialist equipment or services. Grants are only awarded to individuals and not to groups or organisations.
