If you support an adult family member or friend who has mental health issues, it is important for you and your family to have the right support and information. Just-ICE offers you the opportunity to meet with a support worker to discuss any help or information your family may need.

The service can help and represent you to find your way around different mental health services and other relevant agencies.

The service:

  • offers a care package that benefits the family and the person being cared for
  • supports personal issues
  • has opportunities to reduce any isolation / stress by meeting other mental health family members
  • gives you access to training / information and health / wellbeing activities
  • offers face to face meetings with a support worker in a place where you feel comfortable
