This is a private service that can support people with a learning disability to access the community.

  • Help around the home

Who can access the service

People with a learning disability in and around South Tyneside.

The service may also be able to support some people with autism or mental health problems with accessing the community. Help around the home can also be considered.

How to access the service

Using the contact details provided. Please note a minimum of 2 hours support each session or a minimum 3 hours of support outside of South Tyneside
