Friends Action
Friends Action North East champions friendship, raising expectations and creating opportunities to do ordinary things.
They offer a one to one mentoring project for adults with learning disabilities in the North East. The project is for people who would like to develop new and existing friendships, learn friendship skills and be more active in their own community by becoming a Friendship Finder.
The mentoring project creates real opportunities for people to do this with support from a volunteer friendship mentor.
