The purpose-designed health centre in South Shields brings together a wide range of health and social care services under one roof, including three GP surgeries, a dental practice, district nurses, health visitors, a pharmacy, physiotherapy and podiatry services, audiology and speech therapy, a mental health unit and social care centre.
