Community First North East (CFNE) supports professionals and individuals to develop their skills, knowledge and awareness.

At the heart of all their work is a focus on supporting emotional development.

CFNE's work with business organisations includes:

  • a focus on team building/team maintenance
  • managing conflict
  • leadership skills
  • managing change
  • effective communication skills
  • coaching skills

They also offer a range of programmes for teaching staff including the Award and Certificate programme in teaching.

CFNE works with the most vulnerable adults and families, supporting them to overcome the barriers that stop them from achieving their potential. 

They support parents to better support their children's development, individuals to have higher expectations and aspirations, and communities to realise their full value and contribute to community development.
