A super little walk with great views across the Tyne.
We will head down to the riverside and walk along to the Customs House. From there, we will follow some quiet paths across the town centre via St Hilda's Church, Salem Stret and on towards River Drive. Climbing the steps up to the Dolly Peel statue, we will be rewarded with a stunning view looking westward up the river. From here, we will return to the riverside path and follow it back to The Word.
