Price: Free
Cleadon Park Library

A lovely ramble with terrific views.

From the library, we will walk down to Cleadon Park and cut through the houses to join the popular Linnet Way.

At the Water Tower, we will walk out onto Cleadon Hills and up to the 19th century windmill. Here, on a clear day, the views stretch out across the borough, south towards County Durham and even beyond to the Cleveland Hills and North Yorkshire.

Between October and April, look out for the Exmoor Ponies roaming around the Nature Reserve.

Our return will take us onto Sunniside Lane, and along a quiet path adjacent to farmland. Finally, we will cross the King George Road and walk up the edge of Temple Park to return to the library.
