FREE Family Fitness Camp (Summer 2024)

We use active games, sports, play, wellbeing activities, traditional and non-traditional fitness, movement, and relaxation techniques to help make our sessions exciting, interesting and accommodating for all ages and abilities. 

Dates and locations

• West Park, Jarrow: Monday 22 July to Friday 26 July
• South Marine Park: Monday 29 July to Friday 2 August 
• North Marine Park: Monday 5 August to Friday 9 August 

Course details

• Cost: Free
• Times: 1.30pm to 4.30pm
• Suitable ages: 5+ years old
• Extra information: Please bing a drink. Wear suitable warm clothing and trainers.
