The February Half Term 2023 Holiday Activity and Sports Coaching Programme
Family Fitness is fun for every family - large, small, young and old, by sharing physical activity and nutritious foods, your family can improve health and enjoy time together whilst having lots of FUN!
Staying active with your child can help them maintain a healthy heart, burn off energy, and even do better in school. As grown-ups, we are role models for our children, so making Family Fitness a priority sets a great precedent.
We use active games, sports, play, wellbeing activities, traditional and non-traditional fitness, movement, and relaxation techniques to help make our sessions exciting, interesting and accommodating for all ages and abilities. Join us and let's get moving together!

Venue: Boldon CA, New Road, Boldon Colliery
Times: 1.00pm - 4.00pm
Ages: 5+ years old,
Extra Info: Bring a drink. Wear suitable warm clothing and trainers.
