- Guides and information on things such as wills and trusts or mental health caring
- Tools to help you in your caring role such as getting a blue badge or learning about a carers assessment
- Individual support by telephone or video call
- Virtual cuppa sessions which are free 45 min video calls where you can connect with around 12 other people who are also looking after a loved one
- Digital skills for carers
- Free five-part email course designed by mobilise coaches to support people who regularly look after someone
