Together in a crisis is a Mental Health Concern service which supports people people who identify as being in crisis, but who do not meet the requirements for the local NHS mental health crisis service.

They support those who identify themselves as having social, practical or emotional stressors that are impacting their mental health and wellbeing.

They work to support their mental health while looking at the triggers and empowering them to overcome barriers to success.

Independence of the individual is a key priority, providing the tools and experience to overcome similar barriers, if they were to ever happen again.
